  25. This is true; I suppose I could forgo reg fees for one quarter and use 
  26. the money to buy an accelerator...  If I really, really wanted to, I 
  27. could eat Top Ramen 14 times a week instead of 7, and probably have saved 
  28. enough for a used '030 board in, oh, a few months. Never fear, however, 
  29. because graduation is near... :-)

  31. I'm not complaining, by the way. On the contrary, I realize my machine is 
  32. a dinosaur by computer standards, and am quite pleasantly surprised that 
  33. it can keep up with the current machines of today as well as it can.

  42. And there you have it. I am, by the way, a "normal" user, who has "only" 
  43. a 14.4k connection to the net. I just happen to have a Linux box as well 
  44. as an Amiga.

  46. I'm not saying that Kjell should write a version of THOR just for me, or 
  47. for the others in my situation (I'm sure I'm not the only one who needs a 
  48. good online Amiga reader). I meerly took issue with his posts that Thor 
  49. was the bee-all end-all newsreader/mailreader for all occasions, so I 
  50. pointed out that my situation is better suited to other readers.
